Helen Wang

Helen is a dedicated lawyer with a developing litigation practice in commercial litigation, employment law, fraud, shareholder disputes, securities litigation, cross-border disputes, and professional negligence.

Prior to joining the firm, Helen articled and practiced at a leading global full-service firm in downtown Toronto where she developed her experience in a broad range of commercial, civil, insurance, regulatory, construction, professional liability, and consumer protection matters.

Helen completed the BCom-JD dual degree at Queen's University, where she received the Sutton Scholarship for Higher Education. During her time as a student, she successfully participated in various case competitions and moots, law journals, mentorship programs, and volunteering opportunities, in addition to seconding at an insurance company in the in-house litigation group.
